Carly is the owner of Prime & Powder and an International Master Esthetician. She graduated from the Atelier Esthetique in 2007 and obtained her Permanent Makeup certification in 2014. Carly also became a Certified Lash Specialist in 2015. She has always had a passion for the skincare industry and loves to provide her clients with the highest quality products and top notch service.
